A former journalist and writer, with a degree in journalism and sociology, I’m a graduate of the London College of Clinical Hypnosis (LCCH) and hold a certificate in clinical hypnosis, a diploma in clinical hypnotherapy and a diploma (with distinction) in cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy.

I am registered with the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis (BSCH), an organisation that governs the code, practice and ethics of its members. Membership of the BSCH is only open to those who have acquired the requisite professional and clinical training.

As well as running private practices in South West London, I’m also a registered hypnotherapist with Anxiety UK (formerly the National Phobics Society) and with the National Smoking Cessation Institute (NSCI).

I am currently studying for an MSc in rational-emotive & cognitive behaviour therapy at Goldsmiths, University of London.
